Clean roof!

First things first I’m not going to talk about Euro 2020…. playing in 2021 just weird already!!

And I’m not going to talk about Fathers Day either, seems that nowadays there’s always a reason to send a mailer to try and flog people something and you know what I’m a bit bored of it all to be honest.

I’m not sure how many of you read my emails but I’d like to try and find a happy balance between keeping you up to date without doing your head in by constantly dropping stuff in your inbox. Any feedback you’d like to give me on the content the frequency of emails is always appreciated.

We’ve had an excellent few weeks in the shop, it is great seeing people, taking the time to catch up and talk with everyone. Conversation is still alive and well on Portobello.

On the new stock front we have had some great bags from the Japanese bag brand Indispensable  they are the absolute business. A few of the styles are made out of eco-friendly ECONYL®, have a look I reckon you’ll be impressed.

We have also had re-stocks on Colorful Standard and Edwin, and as I write this I’m waiting for a delivery from shop favourite Hartford. The courier called yesterday afternoon to let us know they tried to deliver at 9.00am, I mean what clothes shop opens at 9.00am? Gary needs as long as possible get to get here from Twickenham on that motorbike….

Few more developments:

Yesterday I bravely climbed out of Emily and Elinor’s (upstairs neighbours) kitchen window to clean our back conservatory roof, let there be light!

Congratulations to Blackpool FC for winning the Division 1 Playoff, after meeting Simon in the shop a couple of weeks ago Tonic are Seasiders!!

Gary’s motorbike exhaust blew up on the way in yesterday 💥
