The Tonic Exchange is a simple concept, we sell your pre-loved pieces and in return you’ll receive credit to be spent in store.
Bring your pre-loved clothing into us, we will review the items then agree a selling price with you. After your item is sold you will receive a credit (less a small commission) that will go on your own Tonic account and can be spent at any time.
We’ll accept all good quality clothing as long as it is in good condition and clean (it does not have to have been purchased from us) it does however need to suit the ethos and style of the shop.
How Does Tonic Exchange Work?
1. Let Us Review Your Garment(s)
Bring in or send an image of your goods to either our instagram or info@tonicuk.com
2. Send us your Garment(s)
Come in with your items or post to us at 276 Portobello Road. Please ensure we have reviewed all of the items before doing so.
3. Earn Tonic Credit
When your pieces sell, you can redeem for Tonic credit.
Terms and Conditions
- Items must be clean
- Tonic will review garment and suggest a suitable selling price
- If item does not sell in 4 weeks we will contact you to discuss next steps
- We accept – Trousers, jeans, shirts, jackets, coats, knitwear, sweatshirts, shoes
- What is not accepted – Swimwear, underwear, socks, accessories
