Midsummer and 20% Off!

This week was marked by scorching Midsummer’s Day! It is usually a time of festivals, feasting, singing, bonfires and maypole dancing. For obvious reasons there hasn’t been much of that going on. to be honest I’m not sure there is ever much maypole dancing going on Portobello Road!

Anyway I think people have been making do where they can. With Glastonbury cancelled loads of people have been doing their own home versions. There have also been a few parties associated with a certain team winning a certain something they haven’t won for a while… 

I have had a pretty good week, it’s great being back on Portobello and most of you will know that I’m pretty happy about that certain team winning that certain something! I Hope Midsummer has been as kind to you as it has to me. Here’s to an enjoyable second half of the summer with a bit more social interaction, I think we deserve it!
